Refund policy

Products that are unused and in new condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at forestruncreative@icloud.com. We request you contact us prior to shipping product to us so that we can ensure routing of the delivery upon receipt.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via the original payment method.

Package Damage 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in transit. To be considered for replacement or return, we request that all claims for damaged or defective products be made within 15 business days of receipt by the original purchaser. Insurance to cover damage during transit varies by carrier and we can advise on the best resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 


Certain types of items are ineligible for return. These include perishable goods (such as apothecary items, lotions or balms), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as combs or brushes). We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Special Orders/Custom Products

Special order and custom products are sometimes available upon request. We deal with a range of vendors that can provide us with a variety of products. If there is something you can't find, let us know, and we will try to find it or fabricate it for you. Special order products aren't guaranteed a delivery time for obvious reasons. Due to the nature of leather as a natural product, color shades, scars, range marks etc. are often evident. These are inherent to the product and do we not consider them aesthetic flaws or defects unless they interfere with the durability or function of a product. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on special order or custom products.

Digital Products

The sale of all digital templates and downloads are final.
